System Requirements

PremierCare Connect software system requirements are:

• Newer PC with Microsoft (MS) Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 operating system (MS Vista and Windows 7 may require Firefox 3.0 or Netscape Browsers)
• M/S Internet Explorer 7, 8 browser or equivalent
• 2GHz Pentium processor or equivalent or higher
• 2 GB RAM or more

For a fast and easy system assessment the Connect team will conduct a free test on your business’s PC(s) and internet connection. This step happens after the customer has committed to purchase Connect but before the final sale. This assessment helps determine if your businesses systems meet PremierCare Connect software minimum system requirements.
